Villa Levanta Details
Villa Levanta has a large open plan lounge/dining area /kitchen and is fully equipped to make your self catering stay here as comfortable and relaxing as possible. There is a fully equipped kitchen including all utensils, crockery, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine and filter coffee cafetiere. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine and iron with ironing board. The washing machine is in a separate utility room with a double sink and plenty of shelving space to store suitcases etc.
Linen and towels are provided for your stay. Beach towels are also provided.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge and is of a very good speed .
There is a large 55" Smart T.V. showing mainly Greek programmes and a few English channels along with Amazon Prime, Netflix, YouTube and other Apps. We recommend bringing your own Firestick if you would like to keep up to date with your favourite programmes. There is a DVD player and many English DVD's to choose from.
Each room has a ceiling fan for those of you who do not like air con.
There are 3 bedrooms. 2 with queen size beds (larger than a double), 1 with twin beds. The main bedroom has en suite. It has a large walk in wardrobe/dressing room and a balcony area with superb view. Fabulous for your morning cuppa or evening glass of wine to watch the sunset. There is air con and a ceiling fan. A safe is also secured in the dressing room area.
Bedroom no.2 has queen size bed, fitted wardrobe with "his n hers" areas and plenty of shelf space, ceiling fan and stunning view.
Bedroom no.3 has twin beds, fitted wardrobe as bedroom no. 2, air con, ceiling fan and shares the same stunning view.
Bedroom 2 and 3 share a bathroom next to bedroom 3 with shower, toilet and sink.
All bedrooms have hairdryers and ceiling fans and there is a large selection of English books in bedroom 1 to choose from.
Outside, there is a secluded private garden on 3 levels. Outside dining can be enjoyed under the covered veranda taking in the garden and the stunning views. Sun loungers are provided and additional shade can be found underneath the almond tree. Guests are welcome to enjoy fresh almonds when they are in season, along with fresh herbs and lavender form the garden. Next to the almond tree are the majestic remains of an old building that survived the terrible earthquake of the 1950's. It stands proud and it holds great historic value.
The villa has secure parking for 2 cars within the electric gates that secure the property. Additional parking for 1 other car can be found outside the property at the back on a purpose built area by the rear door.
The garden area and car park are equipped with solar lighting so that all steps and areas stay lit up should you return late at night.
Please note that smoking is not allowed in the house and if guests do need to smoke outside, we ask that you take care as surrounding areas are very dry and wild fires are common on the island.
